Delivery time usually 2 weeks after order clarity
No matter what size or shape your PCB has, we design and manufacture your test fixture explicitly for your stated wishes and requirements. It is also no problem whether the contacting is to take place assembled, unassembled, in the housing or via a connector. We design your test fixture exactly according to your ideas. We guarantee sophisticated solutions, the highest quality and gentle contacting of your PCB.
In the past, two special concepts have proven themselves with us, which can easily be adapted to different blank geometries:
- Type KLS
- Type KLL
If none of these test fixture types is suitable for your board or test setup, we will of course also develop new designs that are precisely tailored to your individual requirements.

FAQ
Here we answer frequently asked questions about our test adapters
What is the minimum pitch that test points may have to each other?
Distances from test point centre to test point centre ≥ 1.27mm pose no problems and are standard in the industry. Smaller distances can also be realised, but lead to additional effort.
Which interfaces can be integrated on the test adapter?
Classically, D-Sub connectors are used here, which are installed with different numbers of poles (9, 15, 25 and 37 as standard). However, we will also be happy to install the connector of your choice on request.
Can test fixtures also be designed for connectors or other components?
We develop your test fixture individually for your requirements. Hand-held needle adapters that can be used in customer service, for example, are part of our portfolio.
Which construction methods are best suited for my project?
Depending on the size and type of the test specimen as well as the type of contacting (one-sided/both-sided), various concepts have proven themselves. We will be happy to advise you on this and offer you different ergonomic solutions on request.
What information is needed for the preparation of the offer?
In order to be able to offer you a quotation for your individual test fixture as quickly as possible, we need some information in advance.
Offer - Checklist:
- Order quantity
- Type of test specimen incl. external geometry, dimensions and existing centring holes (please send us suitable pictures, drawings or, in the best case, a STEP file of the test specimen).
- Number of test points
- Type of contacting (one-sided or two-sided? If necessary, additionally lateral?)
- Smallest pitch (smallest distance between two test centres)
- Do currents greater than 1A flow? Are special needles required?
- In addition, please let us know your individual wishes and requirements.
If you cannot (yet) provide us with one or more of the above information, this is no problem for us - contact us and we will find a way for your personal offer.
Can individual components such as displays, cameras, circuit boards or other components be integrated in the test fixture?
Since we design our test fixtures completely individually according to customer requirements, necessary components can be integrated in the fixture without any problems.
Is simultaneous contacting from above and below possible?
We develop, design and manufacture your test fixture explicitly for your requirements. Simultaneous contacting from above and below is therefore no problem. Lateral contacting of plugs, for example, can also be integrated on request.
Is there a way to contact both PCBs and PCBs already installed in enclosures in a test fixture?
With our individual test adapters, we offer the possibility of adapting the height by simply switching over. This makes it possible to test PCBs and inserted PCBs in their housings without any problems within one test adapter.
How can the test specimen be centred?
To ensure reliable centring of the PCB, there are two classic options: On the one hand, suitable centring holes can be used; alternatively, centring can also be carried out via the outer contour of the test specimen. In this case, however, the outer contour must be milled.
As standard, we offer a "pre-centring" in addition to the main centring, in order to make the insertion of the test specimen as ergonomic as possible.
What information is needed to design your test fixture?
Should an order be placed, we require the following information in order to manufacture your test fixture:
- List of coordinates of the test points and ICT bores related to a specific zero point
- Wiring list / pin assignment
- Provision of a sample PCB / DUT for test purposes
- 3D model of the test specimen (step file) - not mandatory
